  • This design is a perfect circle, with both layers the same length fixed at 20" except by special request.
  • Designed with a ruched edge which is lightly puckerd micro ribbon with ~ 1/4" tulle overhang.
  • Ruched edge has 1/4" tulle overhang from ribbon trim
  • Silver metal comb is 4" wide, tarnish-resistant, and hypoallergenic.
  • Handmade in Colorado and fully customizable.
